Protect Our Future Daughters
Protect Our Future Daughters is a short docu-drama that educates about the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Woman (MMIW) movement and Red Dress Project through our narrator, Maryanne Junta, an artist, activist, and namesake of a MMIW herself. Through poetic imagery and well established visual rhetoric, Maryanne’s personal story helps audiences to identify and stand in solidarity with the MMIW of Eskasoni, Canada, and beyond.
